TERMS
Terms
These terms describe PlanXtur’s Free plan and the paid PlanXtur Plus subscription.
PlanXtur is in beta. Plus purchases are not open yet. The prices below are the planned prices after the beta period, and the payment and subscription terms describe how Plus will operate when it opens.

1. Provider and contact
PlanXtur is available at planxtur.dk, and the web app is available at app.planxtur.dk. Email kontakt@planxtur.dk with questions, cancellations, withdrawal requests or complaints. The legal name, postal address and any CVR number are shown as open fields on the contact page and must be completed before these terms can be published as complete.
2. Free and Plus
Free supports up to 10 members and 1 administrator per group. PlanXtur Plus supports up to 100 members and multiple administrators, together with the Plus features described in the app. The subscription is linked to the group and covers all its members. An administrator initiates the purchase and can manage the subscription.
3. Price and payment
- PlanXtur Plus monthly: 49 DKK per month per group.
- PlanXtur Plus annually: 499 DKK per year per group.
Prices are the final price paid by the customer, including VAT and relevant taxes, handled through Stripe Managed Payments. The selected price and payment period are shown before payment is approved. Payment takes place through Stripe; PlanXtur does not store full card details.
4. Renewal and cancellation
Plus renews automatically for the selected monthly or annual period until the subscription is cancelled. A group administrator can open “Manage subscription” in PlanXtur and use Stripe Customer Portal to change payment details or cancel. You can also contact us at kontakt@planxtur.dk if the portal cannot be used.
On ordinary cancellation, Plus continues until the end of the period already paid for. The group then switches to Free. Cancelling future renewals is not the same as exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.
5. If a payment fails
If a renewal payment is not completed, Stripe may retry the payment. The group normally retains Plus while the subscription is marked “past_due” during this process. No particular number of attempts or fixed retry period is promised. If Stripe ends the subscription or marks it as “unpaid”, the group returns to Free. The administrator can check the payment card in Customer Portal.
6. Changes to prices and terms
New prices are shown before a new purchase. Changes affecting an existing paid subscription must be communicated before they take effect so the customer can consider them and, if desired, cancel before the next renewal. A specific notification method and notice period must be established before such changes are made. Changes do not restrict rights arising from mandatory legislation.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep PlanXtur available and secure, but brief interruptions, maintenance and errors may occur. Contact us if something does not work. Users are responsible for the content they add to groups and events. We do not limit liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Consumers’ right of withdrawal
As a general rule, a consumer purchasing Plus online has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the agreement. To withdraw, you must send us a clear message at kontakt@planxtur.dk before the deadline. We handle refunds and any payment for services already provided in accordance with the rules applicable to the specific agreement.
Immediate activation of Plus does not in itself mean that the right of withdrawal has been lost. Any loss or limitation of that right due to provision of the service before the deadline requires the separate steps prescribed by law. We do not claim that the customer has already given such consent or acknowledgement.
Implementation work before publication
Clarify the legal classification of Plus and the withdrawal process. If immediate provision is to affect the right of withdrawal, a separate, documentable choice and the required confirmation in the purchase flow are needed. These are not present in the reviewed code. Legal identity, the contracting party and the process for notifying price changes must also be established.
